We have been using Valutech for three years since we started our 1-1 deployment as a new school and repairs were my biggest fear! Valutech has made this process easy and simple for both us as a school and also Parents and Students.
Valutech offers us a collection twice weekly for all our broken/faulty devices they are then processed and returned to us quickly. Repairs can be tracked online through a portal so that we constantly know where devices are and the status of any repairs. All devices returned have been repaired to a high standard. We are so happy to work with Valutech as our preferred repairer for both Staff and Student devices.
