Where devices are enterprise enrolled through either Apple, Google or Microsoft we will provide devices which are either enrolled or able to be enrolled on to a customers mobile device management software.
Customer Support and Repair Tracking
Valutech has a team of customer support representatives who are on hand to take customers calls.
Valutech provides each of its insurance providers clients with a dedicated repair tracker which affords real time visibility of each repair from receipt of instruction to te return of the repaired or replaced device.
Our repair tracker is API compliant and can be integrated into most customer management systems.
